2 .- DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT Compulsory subject, theoretical and practical, for the undergraduate training of professional psychologists. It covers the basic content and general organizations, providing information which will enable students to describe, compare and diagnose human behavior in the area of \u200b\u200borganizations. We analyze the mutual interaction between organizational variables, individuals and groups within an organization. It emphasizes the understanding of the characteristics and problems in an organization, considering the main variables at the organizational structure and processes, from a interdisciplinary. It also analyzes the different types of intervention techniques and strategies in the area. From this perspective, we analyze the contribution of psychology as a discipline to the understanding of organizations.
