The status of workers by Article 1 shall apply to workers who voluntarily provide their services for remuneration as an employee and within the scope of organization and direction of another person or entity, named employer or employer shall be treated as employer:
- individuals or corporations, or communities of goods they receive services of the persons referred to above, as well as of the people hired to be assigned to user undertakings for temporary work legally constituted.
