The title says it all, now I show you 4 ways to make a beautiful and colorful garlands just using those pieces of paper or doilies for muffins or cupcakes. 1. Easy and Simple Way. simply joining through a rope these papers. And so you see how easy it is and how nice it is I have put 3 examples with different results. Joining one slips in the same direction, the second by changing the direction of the notes, some to one side, the other to the other.
